Terms of use

1. Account

• The app is free and requires an account with a verified email address. One account per person.
• You must be 16 or older. Provide accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app.

2. Your content

Only post content you have the rights to (e.g. your own photos). You remain the owner. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to store and display it in the app according to the visibility you set, until you delete it.

Remember that gallery photos are visible to all signed-in members.

3. Community rules

• Respect others: no abusive, hateful, obscene or harassing content or messages.
• No spam, advertising without the administrator’s permission, or impersonation.
• Do not post other people’s personal data or photos of people without their consent.
• Respect the fish and the rules: we promote catch and release and following venue rules and fishing regulations.
• Do not try to bypass the app’s security or overload it. Limits apply, e.g. daily photo uploads.

4. Reports and moderation

You can report content that breaks the rules and block users in the app. The administrator and moderators may hide or remove content that breaks these terms and, in serious or repeated cases, suspend or delete an account.

5. Availability and liability

The app is a hobby project provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe (including backups) but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Weather forecasts and venue information are for guidance only — check the original source.

We are not responsible for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Changes and contact
